Academies of Music and Theater

Sunday January 13, 2013 from 1-4pm at the Academy of Fine Arts:
The Academy of Music will showcase our Piano Classes for Beginners of all ages. Kids and parents together and Adults wanting to learn piano, this is your chance to participate in try out classes and hear performances by Academy students. Simultaneously, the Academy of Theater will showcase trial acting classes for beginners and more advanced students and feature short performances by current students. Adults are always welcome. Open House events

Academies of Dance and Art

Sunday January 20th, Sunday from 1-4pm at the Academy of Fine Arts:
It's the dancers' and artists' turn! The Academy of Dance will showcase free trial classes for kids 3 and above in Beginning Ballet, Beginning Tap, and Hip-Hop. Student performances will also be feature and make this an afternoon well spent. Simultaneously, parents, siblings or dancers may take a free Art Class with renowned artist James Rickard and look see what our current students are doing, courtesy of the Academy of Art. Adults are always welcome. Try Adult Ballet or Adult Art classes while you're here!

Cartooning and Watercolor Classes

Adult and Children's classes. Only $90 for the 6-week session!

Beginning Thursday Nov. 1:

  • 7:00 Watercolor Kids

Beginning Monday Nov 5:

  • 5:00 Cartooning
  • 7:00 Adult Watercolor class

Or join ongoing Drawing to Painting Program Classes.

Theatre for Kids!

Starting Nov 1 the STORYBOOK Theatre students will be working on new stories. Ages 4 and 5

The Intro to Acting students will begin working on Shakespeare monologues and some scenework for the Jan 27 recital. Ages 6-9

The new acting units begin November 1st. Tuition is prorated for the 10 weeks remaining of the Fall semester. This is the perfect time to get into the class. Call 301 947 9705!
