Academy of Art at The Academy of Fine Arts

The Academy of Fine Arts is proud to announce the brand new Art Department. This introductory drawing course encourages creative thought, self expression, and the communication of ideas through pencil, pastel, charcoal, ink, and more.

With an exploration of the human form, landscapes, architecture, still lifes, and portraiture at the core of our program, a unique set of assignments has been created for each age level.

Small class sizes and individualized instruction provide one-on- one direction necessary to cultivate artistic abilities, build self-confidence, and develop a life-long love, understanding and appreciation of art. A gallery opening and art exhibition will follow the end of each year.
