Two nine week sessions - $135 per session

• Beginning Guitar Saturdays at 2:30 p.m.
• Accelerated Guitar Class Saturdays at 3:30 p.m.
• First Session Begins Saturday, February 6th – Last Class April 10th (no class 4/3/10)
• Second Session Begins Saturday, April 17th – Last class June 19th

Beginning Guitar is a course designed for the beginner. This course will cover music fundamentals, including rhythm and note reading, and progress to standard chords in the first position, reading tabs, and basic strumming patterns. Students will reinforce lessons by practicing on popular songs like "Here Comes the Sun" and "Dust in the Wind." Beginning Guitar is a great foundation course and is recommended for students who have never played the instrument, or as a brush up course for those who haven't touched a guitar in a long time. Class open to ages 13 and up.

Accelerated Guitar is for students who have progressed enough in Beginning Guitar to move into a more advanced class. Placement in this class is based on an evaluation with the instructor. Please contact the instructor before enrolling in this class.
