Performing Arts Winter Camps

Daily Mornings Schedule
Afternoons
Tuition and fees
Full Day (9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) $220
Half Day (9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) $125
- 9:00: Free drop off time. Campers jump into warm ups that include improvisation and games.
- 9:30: Announcements. Ensemble activities encouraging teamwork.
- 9:45-12:30: Age groups rotate through Acting, Exercise, and Voice classes. Campers re-energize with games, surprise presentations and relax time in short breaks between classes.
- 12:30: Half-day campers say good-bye. Full-day campers have lunch.
Afternoons
- The afternoon is for exploration and trying things out.
- A professional visual artist joins the team
- More work as needed on projects developing
- Comic improv (age dependent)
- Scene-writing and acting out
- Show and Tell (a chance to try out works in progress from the morning)
- And much, much more!!!
Tuition and fees

POLICIES
PAYMENT, DEPOSIT, REFUND SCHEDULE:
AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION: All tuition balances are due. Late fee of $30 for balances received after May 25th
RETURNED CHECKS There will be a $30 fee for any checks returned by the bank.
30 DAYS BEFORE the first day of camp through the camp ending date: Because your place was reserved, we regret we are unable to give refunds for any reason after this deadline except in instances of severe illness. In those cases, a doctor’s certificate must be submitted and we can refund or prorate only up to a maximum of 50% of your tuition.
NO REFUNDS If the camp is cancelled due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather and emergencies, the camp will not be made up. No refunds will be issued. There will be no refunds or prorating due to camper absences.
CANCELLATION If a session must be canceled due to low enrollment and no other session is workable for you, we will immediately refund all tuition and fees paid by you.
CODE OF CONDUCT The Camp reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or dismiss any camper if his or her conduct is detrimental to the well-being of the camp or of any other camper. No refunds or credits will be issued.
PROGRAM CHANGES The Academy of Fine Arts reserves the right to change faculty or programs without notification.
LATE PICK-UP Parents/guardians are assessed a $10 charge if a camper is picked up 10 minutes after the end of camp or extended P.M. care, and an additional $1 per minutes thereafter. Please be on time to pick up your child.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY The Camp reserves the right to photograph and record (video and audio) camp participants during camp class activities and performances for promotional purposes. By participating in the camp, you consent to the photographs and video/audio recording for these promotional purposes.
RELEASE AGREEMENT By registering, parents agree to the fullest extent to be responsible for any medical bills which may incur resulting from illness or injury during the childʼs participation at Academy of Fine Arts Performing Arts Summer Camp. It is also understood and agreed that the child is expected to carry his/her own accident and medical insurance. Parents release Academy of Fine Arts from any and all liability and/or claims or damages arising out of personal injury of any kind. If necessary, parents authorize Academy of Fine Arts to administer first aid and/or authorize medical treatment for my child. By registering, it is understood parents have read and understand the contents of this agreement and policies above, including the Refund and Cancellation policy and the Release Agreement.
